I picked up my new car this week and I must say the experience with BMW was exceptional. From start to finish the service was fantastic and Alfie took care of us every step of the way, finding us the perfect car. We even part exchanged our old car and the whole process was made very easy and Alfie took care of everything including sorting out the private plates. A very professional Dealership that knows exactly what they are doing. All the staff are lovely, especially the Brand manager. All very presentable and represent both MINI and BMW brilliantly. If you ever need to come for a Service, or to look at purchasing a new vehicle, this is your go to place.Would recommend to anyone who is in need of a MINI or BMW Specialist. They made me feel very welcomed, especially with the lovely cup of coffee. I travel far to this Dealership and will continue to do so (until they relocate closer to me) I would give 10 stars if I could!
Just picked up my M4 and have to say the service throughout the process has been nothing short of exceptional.
