Just walked away with a golf r from fs today , the garage had a fantastic stock of performance cars and were all very tidy! They helped me out with everything including test drives, tax, warranty etc very happy :D Things to improve on include the entertainment area perhaps less clutter keeping it fresh and improved heating

It's often said that the best sign of customer service is not when things go well, but more so how things are dealt with when questions and challenges arrive. We bought our Mercedes E63 from FS Performance. They were spot on with their service from the word go I honestly can't fault them. Their knowledge was impeccable with regards to their stock. Certainly gave us the confidence straight away. We gave in our car for part exchange, we got our finance approved immediately and were on the road within no time. What a great experience with these guys and a refreshing way to deal with customers. Definitely going back when I'm bored of the E63. Top marks to Sol he was brilliant.
