Sales staff were the normal pain. Totally dismissive and rude. However, reception and Marcus were great, very polite and helpful.
Cannot quite say how excellent these guys have been - Ask for Tee in sales who was so helpful and very straight. After sales service was equally as good with Rob Brittain picking up on a few minor issues and dealing with them straight away! I would highly recommend Thurlow Nunn in Luton.
Went for a service today. My Corsa 1.4 Diamond edition was due for it and got served by a very nice employee. He was caring enough when I told him I needed the vehicle back at 12pm due to a hospital visit at 1. At 11:40 they gave me the keys back and it passed the service. The actual cleaning of the vehicle wasn't really 100%, but still much better than expected. A very pleasing trip. And the complementary coffee is nice too!
