I visited AKS Autos today in hopes to buy a mini described as excellent, and with premium valeting which judging from the way it looked today had never before seen in its life... after making a prior phone call to arrange this viewing from which we were initially skeptical about given the guy on the phones unprofessional manner (being rude and quite cocky) but we proceeded anyway with the car looking in such a great condition online and to be considered a rarity. Well no wonder the so called interest we were told the car had did not cause the car to sell previously as it was in TERRIBLE condition. If you are actually interested in selling a car showing up 30 minutes late (with no prior warning) which is of course highly unprofessional was a bad enough start then we were not even acknowledged until we were handed the keys, left to look at the car and then not spoken to again. Asking around 3000 pounds for a car with so many dents/marks, bad paintwork, chipped/peeling mini stickers, scraped to hell alloys, rust oh and when the car started up it became quite apparent there is a timing chain issu! Absolutely appalling (excellent) customer service and even worse cars to be seen for sale. If you want to take my advice I would not even bother enquiring about a car from these unprofessional amateur sellers!
Bought a BMW 5 series September 2017. All seemed ok apart from the unkept condition within the car. Was only permitted to test drive along 30mph roads during rush hour. Agreed price amd requested car valleted. It was not valletted, only washed. Within a week had issues with clutch. This came to light when overtaking and losing nearly all acceleration. Called AKS to advise but no answer so had a reputable company check it out the same day as was urgent (this car being my only transport for work). Both clutch and fly wheel were seriousley worn and needed replacement. Further more the inside rim of nearside rear tyre was seriousley damaged and the wire from within was exposed. Left with no alternative I had clutch and flywheel replaced. Despite several conversations with someone claiming to be the boss who would only contact me on a witheld number nothing was offered in compensation other then a free oil change as the clutch fell under wear and tear. On the last call i was asked to let him know how much the new tyre was. Called him back numerous times no answer. I'm not going to try and call again. I have given you a year as I have been long term ill. I now have the evidence and professional testimony of the company that replaced the clutch and flywheel. I have a application prepared for the small claims court. I requier your company's registered address and the name if the owner please. Its very hard to find this information online, which is a bit suspicious.
I travelled 173miles all the way from Leeds to collect a Range Rover sport. I have to say even though it was alot of miles the vehicle was just as described.... Absolutely brilliant customer service probably the best garage I have been to..... Guys keep up with your good work as I will definately RECOMMEND you..THANKS
I traveled 65 miles to buy a car from these guys.They where friendly helpful and not pushy.There was a problem with the car and they got it sorted for me ASAP.They are honest and trustworthy I would definitely recommend them.
Lovely guys didn't push for sale but we're helpful and friendly and made every thing easy and professional. Would recommend.
