Brought a car 3 weeks ago brakes went on it will not replace. And been threatened with violence told me to come see him and he will show what sort man he is screaming down the phone (over a 20 pound set of brake pad ) now in progress of returning car as he has no intention of up holding this warranty on the car done about 200 mile since we got the car. And the bakes are grinding all ready. He should have checked and change before the car was sold BE CAREFUL
They tried to sell me a car that hadn't been checked over after part exchange. Better avoid them!

My husband arranged to come buy a car from this place, and informed them when he was on his way, they told him the car was reserved for him. After a 3 hour train journey he arrived whilst they were selling it to someone else. No offer to help with the very expensive train journey home. Absolutely disgusted with them. Such poor customer service.
