A very professional Dealership that knows exactly what they are doing. All the staff are lovely, especially the Brand manager. All very presentable and represent both MINI and BMW brilliantly. If you ever need to come for a Service, or to look at purchasing a new vehicle, this is your go to place.Would recommend to anyone who is in need of a MINI or BMW Specialist. They made me feel very welcomed, especially with the lovely cup of coffee. I travel far to this Dealership and will continue to do so (until they relocate closer to me) I would give 10 stars if I could!
Had a 48-hour test car test or test drive which was fantastic car was a 19 note 2018 plate soft-top mini which was amazing it drove so well I loved it I could have done 150 miles each day but you know what I think I managed to have about 70 mile in the hole at the 2 days because I was too comfortable in it and I was scared to go out and get it damage it wasn't mine I spent a lot of time sitting in it anyway the guys at work there a fantastic pay it a visit if you get a chance

Excellent experience at BMW Mini in Luton. Adam was most helpful, very knowledgeable and kept in touch throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble. Mike was helpful re the finance side of things. Overall highly recommended and I'll definitely be returning there for my next mini!
