This place is absolutely pathetic. If i could give a zero that would be accurate. Why do they have a phone if no one is going to answer it? Sometimes the phone rings for ages and by ages i mean 5 to 6 mins and then someone picks the phone up and puts it down again wow how disgusting is that. Some of the receptionists are stuck up and arrogant and talk down on you like its their dads surgery. Once one of them said to me "i dont mean to be rude but u should memorise ur mobile number..."erm y im not going to call myself am i? Just becos i had to put her on hold to give my number. The doctors are all lovely and iv never had a problem with any that iv had over the years. They are very helpful and give good advice but the Admin is just retarted. Yes im very cross cos today i have been calling the surgery and no one is answering for ages and will probably answer my call and cut it.
The receptionists (Morning) are extremely extremely rude!!! Able to speak English doesn't mean you are educated. Asking an 80 year old patient to do her prescription online proves how un-educated and narrow mind this particular loud mouth receptionist is. Doctors need to send this particular loud mouth on a Customer Care and Communication course. Thinking if she is so rude than how must she be at home to her family!!!
Absolutely disgusting the way the receptionist s speak to patients. Completely ignorant and arrogant, no empathy towards them, as patients we just want to be supported but the receptionist do not care. How you speak to patients is part of their care and it does have a negative impact on them mentally and emotionally. You need to train and educate your receptionist s.
Extremely rude receptionists with absolutely no idea about customer service or respect towards the patient. Very poor service and incredibly long waiting times which can reach 4+ hours and even receptionists forgetting patients are still waiting. Cases of rude language towards elderly patients are common and patients with walking difficulties are even asked to go upstairs to see doctors when there are doctors available on the ground floor. 1/10
During my appointment the doctor made 3 calls to patients while I waited in the room. GDPR?? Found her extremely rude - she was the one with the gloves but made me handle a sample bottle. Felt like she was doing me a favour! Even with our conversation found her patronising!!
