Doctors and old reception staff are so good .. no doubt Dr Barhey.. Dr Marsden..Dr Qureshi .. Dr Mownah are the best Doctors there..i felt like they really care but new members and staff there service level has gone below ... Services are getting worse day by day since many years and they are not even bothered to improve... specially there reception telephonic services.. first it will never connect or they dont attend.. if miracle happens it connects they put u on hold or sometimes hang it and then a wait time.. wish they take it serious specially the services

Absolutely waste of time this GP do not register your child children or yourself or your family with this GP practice they are a waste of time they do not give appointments and they're rude reception and they don't want to help anyone don't waste your time registering with this GP

I deal with different doctors surgery everyday as it is part of my job. Woodland avenue is the worst surgery in Luton in reguards to answering their phones. I deal with vulnerable people who are very poorly and need their own GPs advice however you just cannot get through. They have no call waiting system as the line is engaged 90% of the time and when you do manage to get through after being on hold for 40 mins the line cuts it self off and the whole process just starts again. It is so time consuming and infuriating as you cannot get onto the surgery quick enough. I advise not to register there. I do not even rate this surgery 1 star

I have been with this surgery for 43 years and staff and doctors are very good reception has changed since Mary the receptionist left she was the best

Can honestly say, I have never been to this GP and once had my problem resolved. The doctors act as if any remaining profit funded to this GP is divided equally between them, to be honest, who knows? I genuinely think it could be. They brush everything off as if it is nothing. You are guaranteed a minimum of 30 minutes wait time for each appointment, doesn't matter how in advanced you book the appointment. My advice, find another GP. I have been going here for 10 years, but as I don't go often, it's pointless me changing. Although I have a condition I have been to the GP about on more than one occasion and they haven't helped in the slightest. I have done a lot of research on this condition in order to self diagnose myself with this problem, yet they don't seem to be able to do anything for me.
