Doesn't even deserve one star, calling does not even work, I went there twice and they told me I can only book over the phone?? Honestly the worst NHS clinic there can be. Staff if dull, the waiting is horrendous and the location itself is horrible. I do not recommend.
Would happily give ZERO rating if i could!!! Worst experience EVER. They also only take appointments on the day now - so u cant even book in advance!! Ridiculous. Have asked to be taken off their system.
My bf have been signed out of surgery without warning after 10 years of being patient. He was in a lot of pain and needed physiotherapy. He couldn't walk.He visited doctor 2 times and got painkillers. No change. On 3rd visit doctor Khan told him to go home and he will get a letter with referral to hospital.Instead he received letter he is no longer a patient because of distance from surgery.I called in there and asked if my address is too far away and can i be in surgery - sure no problem (we have the same address).I pointed out that since my address is ok why they signed out my bf who lives at the same address?? - We cannot talk about other patients. That's funny - you allowed me to book appointment for him without even him being around, but suddenly you cannot talk about this.Very poor standards. If you are sick, better stay at home, don't waist your time going there.....who knows they may decide today that you will be signed out of surgery to save some money. Also I second what someone mentioned earlier - receptionists are giving advices which they are not entitled/permitted to as not a doctor or nurse. Yet they do and if your reason does not seem valid to them, they refuse to book appointment. Simple way around is to call again, but that is just a huge waste of your time. Speaking of nurses, once I was send back home with no help, no medicine and advise to eat honey, but when I went to walk in centre somewhere else it turns out I have pneumonia..... Anyways, place is waste of your time and nerves regardless of issue...
This surgery is so poorly managed and run by staff who contradict each other with information. If you're looking to simply make an appointment then forget it. I joined this practice 2 months ago and after many frustrating attempts I've got nowhere, nor got any straight answers from staff of how to get one. The website states that to become a new patient you have to ring a number. So I ring and ring and am eventually told that I shouldn't have called but came in person. An introductory letter gave me a phone number to call to make an appointment, and says it's best to call in the afternoon as lines are busy in the morning. Many times of calling I had to frustratingly give up as no one ever answered the phone and I'd be waiting on hold for up to half an hour. When I eventually got an answer I was told that appointments are only made at 8am in the morning. So that's another load of guff that I was at first informed. The next day I called at 8am and again after several attempts of long waits I got an answer. But they wouldn't give me an appointment as a consultation is required with a doctor via telephone but they were all of course busy. Surprise, surprise. 'A doctor will ring you back later at some point today, and appointments are same day only' she said. Well that's no good to me or other patients who have busy lives and jobs. So of course I wouldn't be available to take a response phone call at an unknown later time. When I politely stressed to the receptionist just how ridiculous and impossible this system is she cut me off. It's utterly absurd and backward that any medical practice operates like this in this day and age. Other practices have very straight-forward procedures in place for booking appointments such as booking online, or simply just walking in to book in person. A doctors surgery is supposed to be there for patients' needs. This place has caused me so much grief and anxiety it defeats it's own purpose. I'll be leaving and joining amother practice that operates with basic and 21st Century ways of management.
I thought I was going crazy until I read all these reviews. I was removed as a patient in the middle of medical treatment for NO REASON! They sent me a letter with a lot of lies just to remove me. The practice BY LAW have a duty of care for me for 28 more days. And they refused to give me an appointment, they kept telling m the practice manager will call me back and he never. My condition worsened as I will be suing th practice!!! Dr Talati is a very evil person. She made all this happen because she didn't want to deal with my condition because she isn't a real doctor, so she actually didn't know what she's doing. She kept reading from a book to try and understand my condition when see could have just read my notes. This practice is also racist if you're not Asian.Lastly, the receptionist called Steph is a unprofessional chav and should get sacked. I will use my last penny to sue this practice.
