Very average hotel, with an average menu and average staff. Typical airport hotel with indifferent service even for an elite loyalty member such as I am. Obviously well located for the airport, terminal is walkable in 10 to 15 mins. Surprisingly reasonably priced malt whiskey is its saving grace.
located just 8 minutes walk from Luton airport and the pathway is easy. The facilities are ok and the room is clean and comfortable. I wish the guy at the front desk would have been more oriented in tourist basic information.
A great, cheap hotel very close to the airport. Check in was fast and efficient. Staff were friendly and service was very good. The food was excellent but would benefit from some healthier choices. Breakfast choices are good but the cooked breakfast can be a bit mediocre as it is left out under lights with no covers. Rooms were clean and beds are super comfy. The Fitness room was excellent. Prices were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
Just the perfect hotel if you have an early flight to catch! You can even walk to the terminal takes only few minutes. The rooms are clean. I do recommend their restaurant. Even when we stayed in other hotels in the neighbourhood (express, ibis) we came over to this restaurant for dinner:-)
Room was really good. The shower was good but water ended up all over the floor within the wet room floor. Staff were really good. The evening food was really good despite the food not being exactly as described on the menu. The cooked breakfast was a bit lukewarm for some items but I feel this was a failure of the equipment on the day. I would definitely stay again.
