OMG FAULTY TOWERS AT ITS BEST... rude receptionist just sits and points.. cold tea and coffee!!! Freezing cold reception and breakfast room. Nicest part of breakfast was the toast big no no ! Only prepaid Id have left
Whilst travelling for work I stopped at here overnight. For the 45pound I paid it was excellent. Rooms are of good standard, but the bathroom could do with updating.Anyhoo! . Friendly enough staff. Whilst I didn't eat in the small bar on the ground floor the meals looked very nice. The room had the usual facilities, you would come to expect. Same standard as a Travel lodge
Terrible experience staying here!! My husband,13 month old and I stayed here for 2 nights and hated going back to the hotel for the second evening. The bathroom was dreadful, there was a broken toilet seat.We requested a cot in advance for my daughter and we were told that they couldnt help us get one until our second day staying there, which meant that my daughter had to sleep in between my husband and I(not ideal). The receptionist on night duty looked miserable working there and was very unhelpful. Will never come back!! Save your money and stay far away!
Hall good for weddings and party but small dance floor. Food very good. No a/c in hall, got very hot.
The function I went to was lovely but I was slapped with a parking fine a few days later for parking on the hotel premises. I called the hotel reception who apologised and said they will contact the authorities to have the penalty cancelled. I received an email couple days later confirming that's been done, so that's fine. But days later I received the same parking fine notice through the letterbox again!
