Attended a course here, facilities were pleasant and had good coffee.
You know you're going to get at a Premier Inn, standard room, comfortable bed, clean. No surprises there and everything at Luton Town centre was as we have come to expect. However, the restaurant was a disappointment. Whilst the food tasted ok, we were a little dismayed at the way it was served. The rice was tipped out of a polythene bag onto the plate followed by sauce, again from a bag, and all while the 'chef' had his phone held to his ear by his shoulder! All this was in full view of us and everyone in the restaurant! I understand that the food is not cooked on the premises and comes ready packaged, but could it not be assembled discretely? Disappointing to watch my meal being served in this way.
Stayed here for a month almost! So so comfortable and the staff are incredibly accommodating and warm! Definitely recommend staying here.. the beds are incredibly comfortable
the price was higher than my reservation, and staff was not helpful to solve that - in the end i had to pay more than planned. i don't recommend this hotel because of that. otherwise everything was fine.
Excellent hotel very clean and bed really comfy as always in a premier inn. Staff are super friendly nothing too much trouble. We had the breakfast and evening meal the steak and prawns on the surf and turf were cooked to perfection excellent lady chef. We would definitely stay again, highly recommended.
