5 stars for Gabriel who was faultless. 4 stars for overall service from Easirent though. Why? The hut the office is in is not easily identifiable eg: no sign or anything. Also, Gabriel needed more support hence 40min wait to be served.
Avoid at all costs. This company is a scam, by their own admission they make their money from finding damage on the car when you return it. The rental is cheap but remember if something looks too good to be true it generally isn't true The staff will give you the car in a hurry without checking the condition. They brush it off when you point out damage to them. When you return the car however it's a different story altogether. Prepare for a meticulous search using a torch to find a minute scratch and then your credit card will be charged hundreds of pounds. Easirent should not be allowed to operate, they are a scam by the staff's own admission. The gentleman who checked my car over remarked to me 'how am I supposed to pay my mortgage if I don't charge you for damage to your vehicle'. Please don't let yourself fall for this trap. I learnt my lesson the hard way, I hope I am able to save somebody else from being screwed out of their hard earned money by this shambolic unscrupulous business
*Gabriel at EasiRent is fabulous! The customer service is exceedingly exceptional!!! 10/10 I highly recommend them. He is very through and has a lovely mannerism.I will definitely be a repeat customer and the company should be proud to have such an employee. Very dedicated to his job what a nice guy!!!
Cheapest car rental in UK. Value for money. Excellent serice by the staff. They provide low mileage cars and vans with clean condition. Go with proper documents to get prompt service. Many thanks to Khalid, Phil, John and Gabriel for good service.
Friendly staff and very cheap prices. No problems with the car and the shuttle service worked fine although a little long to get there. They could do with some better signs when arriving at the rental office as the area is shared with the airport long term parking.
