They are like a robbers i hire a car with them give them back then after 2 week they charge 40 pound from my account then next day they charge again 40 pound again i call them and do enquiries they told me i haven't pay 2.10 pound toll and they charge 80 pound from me just they got toll charge letter and i need to pay seprately 90 pound for toll penalty they are like a robbers to there tourist Never recommended these people
Dropped the car and 3 days later they call me to ask me when will i be dropping the car and after telling them that i dropped the car already they tell me that they cant find it...Not recommended!Later Edit Dont bother Dave...reviews have been done and redone...you guys said that i'm getting my deposit back (175 pounds). Until now i haven't got the transfer...I will make it my mission to not recommend you guys...Please take note that i have nothing personal against you, but i do have a problem when i'm getting robbed and lied to my face by the company you represent.
They have been great! I have used them 3 seperate times now over the last 2 months during the week and on weekends with 3 different cars. The quality of service and professionalism is outstanding. Most of all it's the laid back and easy approach to booking in with them and dealing with any issues. I will continue to keep coming back here again and again. The guys are great
Not the best. For a year I lock cars and it's never had problems, until one day they made me pay for a scratch that already existed in the car before I took it with me.
