Great service yesterday . Bus was from stance F Arriva A service . bus free to office at Hampton hotel. Just say this to driver. Friendly helpful staff. I had a great experience and return was easy too. I would definitely recommend this franchise.
Booked through Expedia. Then read some of the reviews which were scary. But as it happened, I had a very good experience. The car was almost new, the price very cheap, the service pretty good.
DO NOT USE. They wouldnt hire the car to me in the end coming up with the excuse that my 2 proof of address documents were computer printouts not ones received through the post. I had my passport, driving licence, credit card, driving license proof of no points and Argus additional car insurance covering the excess of 1,205. Theyd only let me hire it if I took out their 25 a day insurance which is obviously where they make their money, along with charging you for tiny scratches (looking at the other reviews). Glad they didnt let me have the car!1 star is too much, would leave none if possible.
