Although the building is inconvenient, my husband and I have had excellent care from the doctors and nurses. Staff are willing to try and accommodate any problems seeing that they are under constant pressure. Appointments are difficult to get, but I believe that is the same at most practices. However in emergencies we have been seen or had a visit when we were really poorly. We both have ongoing health issues and are very happy to put our trust to the doctors here.
The women behind the counters ask personal questions which is illegal, doctors are a joke, always have to wait 30/40 minutes to be seen whats the point of a appointment
The Practice Manager is a joke, she sits around all day just eating and having tea, socialising, is very rude and has no customer service training.
