GP's professionalism and bedside manner are second to none. But I fail to I understand how an appointment driven profession refuses to allow appointments unless you phone on the day. In which case they're generally engaged until all appointments are booked! The words health and lottery spring to mind... Now, where have I heard that before?
Shame there is no minus stars.That would be to much . Receptionist totally unsimpatetic , talk to you like emperor to servants. I am in agonising pain unable to valk and I wasn't allowed over the phone consultation. The advise given was go to the valk in clinic or try again tomorrow morning. How good is that for 40 years of NHS contribution. Never in my life I have made coment on media, this time I had to tell the truth.
Service is good and Doctors are doing their job nicely. Especially Dr Abbas Zaidi. But i must mention the reception employee are very ill mannered and rude to the patience. They need to improve their day to day behavior. Sorry to say that you can hardly book an appointment for doctors on the morning. NHS England must review their ill practice ASAP.
I dont wanna give any star to this surgery all doctors and staff dont know what they are doing as a patient we have to tell them what to do and waiting for very long for any medication. Dont trust if doctor say to any patient I will do it in future time that future time never come. Please go to any other surgery and join it but no castle medical surgery.
They need more than one phone and receptionist as a time sometimes Ive spent almost an hour trying to get through but the user is busy and even after all that they set you through like your gonna speak to someone and keep you on hold with a repeated message for 21 minutes!!! One of the receptionist there is rude always asking questions I want left to answer too the doctor and her attitude if very bad!
